What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

Hi Doctor, Iam 35 years old, value of some of investigation are :- (i) Haemoglobin - 13.6 (ii) TLC - 5200 (III) Polymorphs - 40% (iv) Lymphocyte - 55% (v) Monocyte - 01% (vi Eosinophil - 04% (vii) Basophil - 00% (viii)ESR (wintrobe)- 04% Request to kindly intimate whether these values are normal or not and if abnormal ,kindly advice me for next follow up action.
